Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking qualified physical therapy assistant candidates to join our dynamic team. As a PTA, working under the guidance of a physical therapist, you will assist in treating patients by following individualized care plans developed by Physical Therapists.

Pay Range

This range is provided by Enhance Rehabilitation. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range: $28.00/hr - $32.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Ensure patients receive quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.
• Develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's needs, with assistance from a physical therapist.
• Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatments and techniques.
• Discuss treatments with patients and record their responses in charts after each visit.
• Maintain communication with the Physical Therapist, Director of Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.
