Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for an Inpatient Rehabilitation role in Lima, OH. The contract is 13 weeks, with a Day Shift from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, guaranteeing 40 hours per week and every 3rd weekend.

The PTA will work under a licensed Physical Therapist to carry out a patient-centered plan of care across acute care, rehabilitation, and outpatient settings, including administration of modalities and collaboration with care teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Experience in inpatient rehabilitation and acute care is preferred.

Responsibilities

Job Description

The Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) will work under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist to implement a patient-centered plan of care following the guidelines set forth by the state of Ohio's regulations for physical therapy practice. The PTA will administer various physical modalities and procedures, contributing to patient care across different settings including acute care, rehabilitation, and outpatient environments.
