Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient team. This position involves working closely with patients to assist in rehabilitation and recovery using various treatment techniques. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping others and eager to learn and implement new techniques in manual therapy and exercise.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic exercises and manual interventions to patients
• Assist in the development and implementation of treatment plans
• Support patients with various diagnoses, including pelvic floor disorders, lymphedema, orthopedic conditions, and more
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current PTA license in the state of Virginia
• Willingness to learn and apply new techniques
• Experience in pelvic health, lymphedema, or orthopedic settings is a plus but not mandatory
