Job summary

People Well Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Petaluma, CA. You will assist under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to implement individualized treatment plans and help patients progress toward meaningful functional goals.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Educate patients and caregivers within the established plan of care.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
• Collaborate with the rehabilitation and interdisciplinary care team.
