You will work with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality PT services and develop individualized treatment plans for patients recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions.

Qualifications

• Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement and modify treatment plans as needed to achieve patient goals
• Educate patients and families on exercise techniques, posture and body mechanics
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in physical therapy
