Responsibilities

• Provide PT treatment to patients per established plan.
• Progress patients through treatment levels safely.
• Document treatments per CORA policies.
• Educate patients and families on home programs.
• Collaborate with rehabilitation team to grow clinic culture.
• Consult with supervising PT on progress and changes in condition.
• Maintain effective communication with patient and family.
