Job summary

CORA Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for multiple locations in Florida. You will provide outpatient physical therapy under the direction of a licensed PT, following an established treatment plan and documentation standards.

The role offers flexible scheduling (Full-Time/Part-Time/PRN) with opportunities for professional growth and a supportive team. Qualified candidates must have an accredited PTA program degree and be licensed or license eligible.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• Licensed or license eligible as a PTA.
• New grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatment to patients according to an established plan under supervision.
• Progress patients safely through treatment levels within the patient’s capabilities.
• Consult with supervising Physical Therapist on progress and changes in condition.
• Document treatment and interactions in accordance with policy.
• Educate patients and families on home programs and activities.
• Communicate effectively with the rehabilitation team and patient family.
• Collaborate with teammates to grow skills and clinic culture.
