Job summary

CORA Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our outpatient clinics in Florida. You will support patient care under a Physical Therapist, following treatment plans and helping patients progress through levels of care.

Qualifications

• Must have a degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• Licensed or license eligible as PTA.
• New grads welcome and encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatment to patients per established plan by a Physical Therapist.
• Progress patients safely through treatment levels within their capabilities.
• Consult with supervising Physical Therapist on progress and changes in condition.
• Document treatment and interactions per CORA policies.
• Educate patients and families on home programs and activities.
• Maintain effective communication with patient, family, and rehab team.
• Collaborate with teammates to grow skills and clinic culture.
