Job summary

Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) in Arlington, TX, is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for our outpatient orthopedic clinic. You will work with a team of PTs to implement therapeutic exercises, assist treatments, and help patients recover and return to daily activities.

We offer competitive hourly pay of $30–34 with DOE, monthly incentives, and a supportive environment that promotes professional growth.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• State licensure or certification as a PTA.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing treatment plans designed by the Physical Therapist (PT).
• Communicate with PTs on a regular basis regarding patient progress.
• Guide and instruct patients in therapeutic exercises and activities.
• Monitor and record patient progress and responses to treatments.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation.
