Job summary

Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for our outpatient orthopedic clinic in Oxnard, CA. You will work closely with our physical therapists to implement exercises, assist with treatments, and support patient recovery in a collaborative team setting.

The role is full-time with competitive hourly pay of $32–$40, incentives up to $32,000/year, and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active state PTA licensure or certification.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patients and team.
• Proficiency in assisting with therapeutic exercises and modalities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing treatment plans designed by the PT.
• Communicate with PTs regularly on patient progress.
• Guide and instruct patients in exercises and activities.
• Monitor patient progress and attendance.
• Set up and maintain therapy equipment and spaces.
