Upstream Rehabilitation is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for outpatient orthopedics in Lebanon, TN. You’ll deliver hands-on care under a licensed PT, focusing on mobility, strength, and function. Competitive pay and a path for growth are offered within a supportive, nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Active / Pending Tennessee PTA license (or eligible).

• Help patients improve mobility, strength, and function through individualized treatment plans.
