Results Physiotherapy in Hermitage, TN is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for outpatient orthopedics. The role offers full-time, part-time, and PRN options with a collaborative team, mentorship, and clear career growth within Upstream Rehabilitation.

You will deliver evidence-based PTA care under a licensed PT, help patients regain mobility and strength, and contribute to a supportive clinical environment that prioritizes patient outcomes and professional development.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program (or upcoming graduate)
• Active / Pending Tennessee PTA license (or eligible)

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on, evidence-based care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, and function through individualized treatment plans
• Track patient progress and collaborate with your clinical team
• Foster positive relationships with patients, providers, and the local community
• Continue professional growth through Upstream’s mentorship and learning programs
