Job summary

Peak Physical Therapy, part of Upstream Rehabilitation, is seeking Physical Therapist Assistants for outpatient orthopedics in Texas. We welcome full-time, part-time, and PRN PTA candidates who want to help patients regain movement in a collaborative clinic with modern technology and mentorship.

As a PTA, you will deliver hands-on care under a licensed PT, develop individualized plans, track progress, and work with a supportive local team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active Texas PTA license or eligibility.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on, evidence-based care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, and function through individualized treatment plans
• Track patient progress and collaborate closely with your clinical team
