Peak Physical Therapy – Upstream Rehabilitation is hiring Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for outpatient orthopedics in Texas. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules with mentorship and growth opportunities.

You will deliver hands-on, evidenced-based care under a licensed PT, create individualized treatment plans, monitor progress, and collaborate with a supportive clinical team in a modern outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Texas PTA license or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on, evidence-based PTA care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, and function through individualized plans.
• Track patient progress and collaborate with the clinical team.
• Foster positive relationships with patients, providers, and the local community.
• Engage in Upstream mentorship and continuing education opportunities.
