Job summary

You will work closely with a team of physical therapists to implement therapeutic exercises and assist with treatments, ensuring high-quality care for patients.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• State licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Strong interpersonal and communication with patients and healthcare professionals.
• Proficiency in assisting with therapeutic exercises and modalities.
• Experience working as a Physical Therapist Assistant in a clinical setting and EMR familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing treatment plans designed by the Physical Therapist (PT).
• Regularly communicate with PTs regarding patient progress.
• Guide and instruct patients in therapeutic exercises and activities.
• Monitor and record patient progress and responses to treatments.
• Collaborate with PTs and the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
