FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Ashburn, VA is hiring a Physical Therapist for our outpatient clinic. The role combines hands-on patient care with clinical leadership to grow the clinic and set best practices.

Competitive salary: $89,000–$105,000 with up to 6% monthly bonuses. Flexible Monday–Friday schedule, no weekends, and comprehensive medical/dental/vision benefits. Mentorship and CEU opportunities supported.

Qualifications

• Virginia licensed Physical Therapist or eligible to license in VA.
• Leadership or management experience preferred.
• Strong interest in outpatient orthopedics, neurological, vestibular, and balance patients.
• Ability to mentor and develop a high-performing clinical team.
• Recent PT graduates encouraged to consider clinical growth paths.

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and deliver individualized 1 on 1 treatment plans.
