Job summary

Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient ortho clinic in Oxnard. You will work with a team of PTs to implement treatment plans, guide patients through exercises, and monitor progress in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• State licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing treatment plans designed by the PT.
• Communicate with PTs on patient progress regularly.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and activities.
• Monitor and document patient progress and responses to treatments.
• Maintain caseload and ensure attendance compliance.
