Precision Rehabilitation & Orthopedic Physical Therapy in Dinuba, CA is seeking a passionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our clinic. You will deliver hands-on, evidence-based PTA care under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, helping patients regain movement and confidence in doing what they love.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current California PTA license or eligible for licensure.
• BLS certification through American Heart Association or ability to obtain before patient care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on, evidence-based PTA care under the supervision of a PT to help patients reach goals.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising PT while motivating patients.
• Collaborate with PTs and team members to provide PRO-PT's Second-to-None experience.
• Build meaningful patient relationships while maintaining accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Expand expertise through continuing education, mentorship, and team collaboration.
