Job summary

Precision Rehabilitation & Orthopedic Physical Therapy (PRO-PT) in Modesto, CA is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our compassionate team.

You'll work under a supervising Physical Therapist to deliver hands-on, evidence-based care, support patient progress, and help clients regain movement and independence. We offer mentorship, growth opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your career and well-being.

Qualifications

• Graduate or upcoming graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current or pending California Physical Therapist Assistant license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association, or ability to obtain before providing patient care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on, evidence-based treatment under the direction of a Physical Therapist.
• Monitor patient progress, communicate updates to the supervising PT, and motivate patients throughout recovery.
• Collaborate with PTs and team members to deliver the Second-to-None experience PRO-PT is known for.
• Build meaningful patient relationships while maintaining accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Expand your expertise through continuing education, mentorship, and team collaboration.
