Job summary

Ashford Hall Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team. The PTA will develop treatment plans under the PT POC and implement therapy programs to improve patients' mobility and function.

Qualifications

• PTA valid state licensure.

• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement therapy programs to improve patients' mobility, strength, and function.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment.
• Educate patients and families on proper therapy techniques and home exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate records of patient progress and documentation.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
