American Senior Communities is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) at Autumn Ridge Rehabilitation Centre in Indiana. You will support residents' physical and psychosocial well‑being, building meaningful relationships and applying clinical skills on a daily basis.

This role offers a mentorship program and opportunities to grow within a caring, team‑oriented setting with experienced therapy leaders. A valid Indiana PTA license and a passion for geriatric care are required.

Qualificações

• Current and valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in Indiana.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and document changes in resident conditions.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and senior care excellence.
