American Senior Communities is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for Rosewalk Village Indy / Community Nursing & Rehab. This full-time (30 hours) role includes a 9-month mentorship program and opportunities to develop relationships with residents while delivering clinical care.

You will collaborate with nursing teams to assess resident conditions, document changes, and support a compassionate, team-based care culture aligned with ASC values.

Qualifications

• Current Indiana Physical Therapist Assistant license.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and document changes.
