Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy is seeking a motivated, compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for full-time roles across Nassau County clinics. Qualifications

• Licensed PTA in New York state.
• Hands-on experience with therapeutic exercises and functional training.
• Ability to communicate and instruct effectively.

Responsibilities

• Participate in patient care under supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Follow the Plan of Care and state practice guidelines.
• Instruct and educate patients on exercises.
• Document patient progress in the EMR.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and a safe work environment.
• Assist with equipment setup and patient loading as needed.
