Job summary

The Jackson Clinics Physical Therapy in Northern Virginia is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist Assistant to join a growing outpatient team. This role offers a clear path toward Clinic Director leadership, one-on-one mentorship, and a two-week onboarding program designed to set you up for long-term success.

Earn between $60,000 and $85,000 per year, with access to 17+ in-house CE courses annually, comprehensive health benefits, PTO, and an EAP.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current Virginia Physical Therapist Assistant license or eligibility for licensure.
• Knowledge of exercise-based treatment and manual techniques; sports rehabilitation experience is a plus.
• Excellent patient care and communication skills, with the ability to multitask while maintaining a positive patient experience.
• A genuine passion for physical therapy and helping patients achieve their goals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-focused physical therapy with individualized attention.
• Contribute to patient recovery goals through the Complete Care Initiative.
• Engage in leadership development with potential Clinic Director pathway.
• Provide mentorship and participate in onboarding for new staff.
• Collaborate with clinicians to maintain high-quality care.
