The Jackson Clinics, a nationally recognized orthopedic and sports medicine physical therapy group in Northern Virginia, seeks a CAPTE-accredited PTA to join its outpatient team. We emphasize individualized care, mentorship, and a comprehensive onboarding program to foster long-term growth.

Earn $60,000-$85,000 yearly, with leadership development opportunities, extensive in-house CE, and a supportive environment that values clinical excellence and patient outcomes.

Formación

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current Virginia PTA license or eligibility for licensure.
• Knowledge of exercise-based treatment and manual techniques; sports rehabilitation experience is a plus.
• Excellent patient care and communication skills, with the ability to multitask while maintaining a positive patient experience.
• A genuine passion for physical therapy and helping patients achieve their goals.
• A positive, outgoing attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• A commitment to professional development, collaboration, and excellent patient outcomes.

Responsabilidades
