The Jackson Clinics, a national orthopedic and sports medicine physical therapy group in Northern Virginia, seeks a Physical Therapist Assistant for a clinic director pathway. You will deliver patient care, mentor staff, and collaborate with a clinical team to enhance outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current Virginia Physical Therapist Assistant license or eligibility for licensure.
• Knowledge of exercise-based treatment and manual techniques; sports rehab experience is a plus.
• Excellent patient care and communication skills, multitasking while maintaining patient experience.
• Positive, outgoing attitude and ability to work in a team.
• Commitment to professional development and patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to support recovery and function.
• Collaborate with clinical team to optimize treatment plans.
• Lead and participate in leadership development initiatives and mentorship within the clinic.
• Contribute to the clinic’s Complete Care Initiative and onboarding program.
