Job summary

Relient Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Keller, TX. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule and a collaborative rehab team focused on helping patients regain independence.

New grads welcome. You will provide therapy under supervision, document progress, and coordinate with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and nursing staff. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current TX license (or eligibility to obtain).
• New grads and experienced PTAs welcome!
• Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress using EMR systems.
• Foster strong communication with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and nursing staff.
• Promote patient independence and mobility.
