Job summary

Kent County Memorial Hospital in Warwick, RI is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a 13-week contract on an inpatient acute rehab unit. You’ll work under the supervision of a PT to implement treatment plans and assist with patient mobility.

Shifts are 8-hour days, Monday through Friday (40 hours/week) with every 4th weekend off. Cerner charting now, with Epic coming soon. On-campus parking and a collaborative care team environment are emphasized.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans under the supervision of the PT.
• Assist with patient mobility and functional tasks.
• Document progress in Cerner with transition to Epic.
