• License must be current and in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Assist the PT in all aspects of patient care.
• Perform therapy techniques and exercises under PT guidance.
• Measure and track patient progress, report changes to PT.
• Educate patients on continued care after treatment.
• Support the Physical Therapist in patient handling, treatment and management.
• Carry out techniques and exercises prescribed by the PT.
• Keep the PT up-to-date on progress and intervention effectiveness.
