Salary ranges from $86,000 to $97,000 per year with a $7,500 sign-on bonus, plus an incentive plan up to 10% of base salary. Benefits include health insurance stipend, 401K, and 3 weeks PTO with increases. Pathways to advancement to Senior PT/Clinical Director within 2–3 years.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in good standing (assessed per state requirements).
• Experience delivering direct patient care in a clinical setting.
