Job summary

Gallatin Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Tennessee is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for full-time work in a skilled nursing facility. This role supports direct patient therapies and includes a sign-on bonus.

The PTA will assist the PT with mobility-oriented treatments, aim to improve residents' mobility and comfort, and promote overall wellness in a geriatric population, with independence in routine care under supervision as appropriate.

Qualifications

• SNF experience preferred but not required.
• Must hold a PTA license in the practicing state.
• Ability to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision.
