Renewal Rehab, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time role in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting in Racine, Wisconsin. You will work under a licensed PT, delivering therapy and coordinating care.

Qualifications

• Must have Associate's degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
