LTC Therapy Services in Greenfield, MA is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time position. You will provide therapy under a licensed PT, help residents improve strength, mobility, and independence, and collaborate with the rehab team.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Guide residents through therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance activities, transfers, and mobility tasks.
• Follow individualized treatment plans and support rehabilitation goals.
• Monitor resident response to therapy and communicate progress to the supervising PT.
• Reinforce safe movement techniques and therapeutic exercises with residents and caregivers.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Work collaboratively with PT, OT, SLP, nursing, and other care team members.

LTC Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team in Greenfield, MA. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a clinician who enjoys hands-on patient care and helping residents improve strength, mobility, balance, and overall independence.

What You'll Do

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
