City View Post Acute is hiring a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in San Francisco, CA to join our in-house rehabilitation team under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. You will help residents regain function, mobility, and independence with skilled treatments.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments based on individualized care plans.
• Assist residents in improving strength, balance, mobility, and functional independence.
• Monitor resident progress and communicate updates with the therapy team.
• Document treatments and resident outcomes accurately and timely.
• Educate residents and families on exercises, safety techniques, and mobility strategies.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and the interdisciplinary care team to provide exceptional patient-centered care
