City View Post Acute in San Francisco, CA is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join an in-house rehabilitation team focused on improving mobility and independence for residents. New graduates are encouraged to apply and growth opportunities exist.

The role offers full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules with competitive pay of $49–$50/hour DOE and benefits for eligible employees, including health coverage, PTO, and retirement options.

Responsabilités

• Provide treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Help residents improve strength, balance, mobility, and functional independence
• Follow individualized treatment plans and monitor resident progress
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Educate residents and families on exercises and safe mobility
• Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary team members to support quality resident care
