Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in Roswell, NM is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our home health care team. Under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will help patients regain mobility and independence through targeted therapies in the home setting.

A valid state PTA license, a current driver’s license, automobile liability insurance, reliable transportation and the ability to drive in various weather conditions are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current state license as Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA).
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Must possess automobile liability insurance.
• Must have dependable transportation, kept in good working condition.
• Must be able to drive in all types of weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Apply physical therapy modalities under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Help patients improve mobility, independence and self-care in their home environment.
