Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support patients in their homes under the supervision of physical therapists. You will help improve mobility, independence in daily living, and overall function through targeted therapy sessions.

The role emphasizes hands-on care, accuracy in documentation, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to plan and adjust personalized treatment plans for home health patients.

Qualifications

• Be currently licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of employment.
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience is preferred.
• A minimum of one year of home health experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support physical therapists in home health settings to improve patient mobility and function.
• Deliver therapy treatments, document progress, and adjust plans as needed.
