Qualifications

• Current, valid California PTA license in good standing.
• Compassionate, resident-focused care with clinical excellence.
• Experience in skilled nursing or sub-acute setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality therapy under a licensed PT.
• Assist with therapeutic exercises, gait training, mobility.
• Document resident progress per state and federal guidelines.
• Collaborate with PT, nursing, and medical team.
• Educate residents and families on exercises and safety.
• Maintain a positive, team-oriented therapy environment.
