Grandview Healthcare Center in Oelwein, IA is hiring a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to support and implement therapy programs that help patients regain mobility and improve quality of life. New grads are welcome, with mentorship and in-house training provided.

As a PTA, you will assist under a Physical Therapist, track patient progress, educate families, and contribute to a compassionate, patient-centered therapy team.

Qualifications

• Active State of Iowa PTA license.

• Experience preferred but training available.

Your Impact:

As a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA), you will:

• Assist in implementing customized physical therapy programs under the direction of a Physical Therapist.
• Help patients regain strength, mobility, and confidence through targeted therapy exercises.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals and at-home exercises.
• Ensure patients feel supported and comfortable throughout their therapy sessions.

What We’re Looking For:

• State of Iowa Physical Therapy Assistant License
• Experience preferred - but we’re also willing to invest in new grads!
