Job summary

Trilogy Health Services in Findlay, OH seeks a Physical Therapist Assistant to support therapeutic interventions under a Physical Therapist. You will implement treatment plans, guide exercises, and work with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.

The PTA will document progress, educate patients and families on home programs, and assist in evaluating and adjusting care plans while complying with licensure and clinical standards.

Qualifications

• Must have PTA degree from an accredited program.
• 0-1 years of experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists, including therapeutic exercises and modalities.
• Observe patient responses to therapy and document progress for supervising PT.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of patient responses and progress.
• Provide instructions to patients and families on exercises and home programs.
• Support Physical Therapists in evaluating patient needs and progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
