Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation in Illinois is seeking a qualified physical therapy assistant to join our dynamic team. Working under the guidance of a physical therapist, you will help treat patients by following an individualized plan of care developed by Physical Therapists.

You will participate in developing and implementing treatment programs, assist with all phases of therapy, and document patient progress after each visit, while maintaining open communication with the supervising PT and facility

Responsibilities

• Assist treating patients by following an individualized plan of care developed by Physical Therapists.
• Develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs with guidance from the physical therapist.
• Record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
