Qualifications

• Associate degree from an APTA-accredited program is required.
• Licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct treatment to residents under the supervising PT's plan of care.
• Documents resident progress toward established goals.
• Teaches exercises to residents, family and caregivers and may instruct in use of orthotic devices.
• Completes required forms and documents per policy and regulations.
