Responsibilities

• Administer exercise, massage, heat, light, electrical and other modalities according to the treatment plan.
• Instruct and assist patients to improve ambulation and mobility.
• Educate patients on use and care of assistive devices and prosthetic equipment.
• Document treatment provided and patient response in medical records; assist with recordkeeping and reporting.
