Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is looking for a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in Kentucky. The PTA will work under Physical Therapists to apply modalities that improve mobility and functional independence for patients at home.

You will support daily living activities and contribute to measurable gains in mobility, strength, and self-care, helping patients maintain quality of life in their homes. The role emphasizes compassionate care and collaborative teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be a currently licensed PTA in the state of employment
• Must possess a valid state driver's license
• Must possess automobile liability insurance
• Must have dependable transportation, kept in good working conditions
• Must be able to drive automobile in all types of weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• PTAs work under the direction of Physical Therapists and treat patients with physical impairments through physical modalities to improve mobility and function.
• Assist patients with daily living skills and self-care activities to promote independence.
