Joseph Michaels International seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our clinical team in California. You will support skilled treatments, document patient records, and communicate professionally with patients and staff under the PT's supervision.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PTA or PT program.
• Active State PTA license/registration and CPR certification.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk for most of a shift.
• Strong teamwork, time management and active listening skills.

Responsabilités

• Carry out skilled treatment programs under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Record patient activities and charges using medical terminology in a timely fashion.
• Maintain respectful dialogue with patients, families, and medical staff.
• Adhere to State Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
