Job summary

Precision Rehabilitation & Orthopedic Physical Therapy (PRO-PT) in Exeter, CA is seeking a passionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team. You will deliver hands-on, evidence-based treatment under the supervision of a Physical Therapist and collaborate with a dynamic team to help patients regain movement and confidence.

We offer competitive pay of $36–$42 per hour, sign-on bonus opportunities, and performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• Graduate or upcoming graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current California PTA license or eligibility.
• BLS certification through American Heart Association or ability to obtain before providing patient care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on, evidence-based treatment under the direction of a Physical Therapist.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising PT.
• Collaborate with PTs and team members to deliver the Second-to-None experience PRO-PT is known for.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Expand expertise through continuing education, mentorship, and team collaboration.
