Job summary

PRO-PT seeks a passionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for our Exeter, CA clinic. You will provide hands-on, evidence-based treatment under a licensed Physical Therapist, monitor patient progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate or upcoming graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current or pending California Physical Therapist Assistant license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association, or ability to obtain before providing patient care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on, evidence-based PTA treatment under the direction of a Physical Therapist.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising PT.
• Collaborate with PTs and team members to deliver a Second-to-None experience at PRO-PT.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Expand expertise through continuing education and mentorship.
