Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) with eligibility for licensure in the practice state.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality treatment under the direction of the Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting.

• Complete timely, accurate documentation.
