Confluent Health is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our outpatient team. You will work under a supervising Physical Therapist, delivering high-quality care and progressing patients toward functional goals.

Qualifications

• Active PTA license or eligible to obtain licensure in the state of practice.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-quality outpatient PT assistant treatment under supervising PT.
• Progress patients toward functional goals with evidence-based care.
• Foster strong patient relationships and a positive care experience.
• Communicate patient progress to supervising PT.
• Complete accurate, timely documentation.
• Contribute to a collaborative clinic environment.
