Job summary

Access PT, part of Confluent Health, is seeking licensed Physical Therapist Assistants to join our outpatient team that prioritizes high‑quality care, professional growth, and sustainable careers.

You will work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, deliver evidence‑based treatment, and help patients move better, feel better, and live better while receiving mentorship, development pathways, and access to advanced tools.

Qualifications

• Licensed PTA or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Desire to grow clinically and contribute to a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality treatment under the direction of the Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting.
• Progress patients toward functional goals through evidence-based care.
• Build strong patient relationships and create a positive care experience.
• Communicate patient progress and clinical updates to the supervising PT.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation.
• Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing clinic environment.
